From The Hidden Medium to Medium in Motion

I was born with the gift of being a Messenger Between Worlds, but for most of my life, only a select few knew about my inherited abilities.

It was never really about fear or shame. I simply grew tired of hearing everyone’s opinions about a gift they didn’t understand. I also wanted to protect the people I love from judgment, questions, and attention they never asked for. And, if I’m being completely fair, I was probably protecting myself a little too.

So when I finally decided to share my experiences publicly, The Hidden Medium felt like the perfect name.

It gave me a way to step out of the shadows without stepping completely into the spotlight.

I could tell my stories. I could share picture reads, talk about the strange things I’ve experienced, explain energy and intuition, and help other mediums, sensitive souls, and parents of gifted children feel a little less alone — while still keeping part of myself safely behind the curtain.

But something changed along the way.

The more I shared, the more comfortable I became letting people see the person behind the stories. And I realized I didn't want to keep separating this part of myself from the rest of my life.

Because being a medium isn't something I turn on when I'm doing a reading and turn off when I'm finished.

It's part of who I am when I'm working as a massage therapist, traveling, paddleboarding, exercising, hanging out with my dogs, meditating in my backyard, or simply going about an otherwise very ordinary day.

And that is where Medium in Motion was born.

This is the next chapter.

Medium in Motion is me showing up as my full, authentic self — not just the medium, but the woman who happens to be one.

Here you'll find the stories and experiences that started The Hidden Medium, along with picture reads, intuition and energy work, spiritual exploration, meditation, products I've created, and plenty of pieces of my everyday life.

Some of it will be spiritual. Some of it will be educational. Some of it will be funny. And some of it may simply be me living my life and showing you that having intuitive or mediumistic abilities doesn't mean you have to live some mysterious, mystical existence.

I'm still protective of the people I love, and there will always be parts of my life that remain private. But I'm no longer interested in hiding who I am in order to make other people more comfortable.

The Hidden Medium helped me find the courage to tell my stories.

Medium in Motion is where I finally let you meet the person living them.
